I’ve submitted a proposal to the Coffee County School System to implement a Bus Marshal program led by veterans and committed parents. My data suggests the transition from the front door to the classroom is currently the most vulnerable part of a student’s day.

I want to hear from the community: If we put a vetted, trained professional—whether a veteran or a qualified parent—on every bus, what specific safety concerns would that resolve for you? Are there logistical ‘blind spots’ in your local area that a standard SOP could fix? Let’s audit the security of the journey together.
