Definition: The active, ideological process by which a nation compromises its core societal functions (justice, defense, economy) by prioritizing abstract, non-reciprocal moral or human rights standards over the safety and security of its law-abiding citizens. The result is a system that effectively turns the nation into a danger (a threat) to its own people.
The Threatization of Domestic Justice: This occurs when the justice system shifts focus from retribution and public safety to rehabilitation and social engineering. This philosophical misstep results in leniency for violent offenders and an abandonment of non-violent offenders to economic recidivism, ensuring the cycle of crime continues.
The Threatization of National Defense: This occurs when military strategy and Rules of Engagement (ROE) are compromised to adhere to abstract international standards that non-compliant enemy combatants do not respect. This unnecessarily prolongs conflicts and places American soldiers in greater danger.
Definition: The principle that all individuals must receive the full, permanent, and non-negotiable legal consequence commensurate with the crime they willfully commit.
Context: This platform rejects the current system of revolving-door justice and soft-on-crime policies. For premeditated violent offenses, True Consequence mandates the death penalty or mandatory life sentencing without parole, ensuring the perpetrator’s debt to society is fully and permanently paid.
Definition: Any crime committed with any type of weapon, including the use or display of a firearm, a knife, or a blunt instrument, regardless of whether death or major injury occurs.
Context: The act of using a weapon to commit a crime is an act of violent escalation, creating a profound threat to the victim’s life. Attempted or threatened violence should be prosecuted with the same severity as completed violence, as the intent and terror caused are identical.
Definition: A proposed federal law establishing that a person’s home is their inviolable sanctuary. If an individual is unlawfully present in a home to commit a crime, they assume all risk of injury.
Context: This initiative grants absolute civil immunity to a homeowner who injures a criminal during a home invasion. It ensures that the victim is never prosecuted or sued by the criminal or the criminal’s family for protecting their life and property.
Definition: The directives issued by military authority specifying the circumstances and limitations under which United States Armed Forces will initiate or continue combat engagement with other forces.
