If You Could Fix ONE Failing System Tomorrow, What Would It Be?

As you know, my campaign is built on the idea that the system isn’t broken, it’s doing what it was designed to do for the wealthy few.

If you could snap your fingers and immediately fix ONE fundamental system (e.g., healthcare funding, the tax code, election law, education funding), what would it be? More importantly, what is the first step you would take to achieve that fix?
