1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Benjamin Cobb for President concerning your access to and use of the Break The System 2028 website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Site (including the “Break The System” brand and logo) are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. No part of the Site may be copied, reproduced, or distributed for commercial purposes without our express written permission. You may print or download portions of the materials for your own non-commercial use.

3. User-Generated Contributions (The Forum)

The Site may invite you to chat, contribute to or participate in forums (such as bbPress), and create or submit content to the Site (collectively, "Contributions").

By making any Contribution, you automatically grant to us an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit your Contributions. You are fully responsible for the content you post.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Post, link, or upload any content that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, harassing, abusive, threatening, or sexually oriented.
• Post any **false or misleading information** about the Campaign, its staff, or any other political figure.
• Use the Site or forum to violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
• Engage in spamming, trolling, or flooding the forums with irrelevant or malicious content.
• Attempt to interfere with the security-related features of the Site.

5. Our Right to Terminate and Remove Content

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms and Conditions; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Terms; and (3) refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and ability to use the Site **at our sole discretion** and without notice, including for breach of these Terms of Use.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
